Order To place an order, please call 0416 189 684 and speak with one of our bakers. Please advise us of the occasion, details of the recipient, flavour, quantity, date of delivery and your contact details. Please advise us if the recipient has any food allergies so that we can ensure we can accommodate their needs. A minimum of 7 days notice is required. For large orders and popular holidays such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter and Christmas, please allow more notice. This is to ensure there are no delays with supplies as our ingredients are fresh.
Orders for over 100 cupcakes will be discounted. Payment in full is required once your order is confirmed. We currently accept payment via money order and direct deposit. Delivery Information Due to the delicate nature of our delicious gourmet gifts, we personally hand deliver your delicious gift to ensure that it arrives safely to the recipient. No set delivery times can be made however an approximate of morning or afternoon delivery can be provided. Should the recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, the gift will be returned to our premises and another delivery time will be arranged. A fee may be charged for redelivery.
Cancellation Policy Due to the freshness of our ingredients, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all cancellations with a full refund.
